Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely repackage your items in their original boxing.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
